By downloading or using Sudoku ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, and code, is the property of Jacoben and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacoben shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
